We are a totally independent Consultancy, working on a time related or project fee basis.
We are not tied to any supplier, nor do we accept any commission or payment from suppliers.
A major strength is our flexibility. We will undertake a range of work from managing an entire project to providing "one off" expert advice.
A Consultant will be allocated to you depending upon the skills required for the project, if we require additional skills we have Associates with a wide range of skills and knowledge that can be brought in to assist.
We are happy to chat with you on the phone or come and see you for an informal meeting. We can then provide a written proposal covering what we will provide to you.

Nick founded Taylor Kay Associates in 1992 after spending 24 successful years in BT in a series of senior management positions, including a period with BT's prestigious Tallis Consultancy.
His management skills are based upon practical experience supported by his Expert Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, both gained at the Sheffield Business School.
Nick's skills in telecommunications have been recognised by his acceptance as a full member of the Communications Management Association and its Consultancy Sector.
As an experienced Senior Manager he is able to relate at all levels from the "Shop Floor" to Senior Board level.
